Bookings and Cancellations
We ask that you please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel your booking so that someone else may fill your spot. We will request credit card details or bank transfer at the time of booking to secure your spot and other future bookings. All bookings that are not created through the online booking platform will incur a "DEPOSIT" fee of 50%. All client's wanting to make an appointment prior to the day must "CONFIRM" the day or night before to secure your time-slot and avoid disappointment. (Confirmation reminders will be sent out to all clients' the day or night before your appointment).
Late Arrivals
We kindly ask all clients' to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment, to fill out our client card of all necessary information for your treatment to go ahead. If by chance you are running a little behind schedule on your appointment date, you "MUST" contact us directly; either leaving a text/voice message or call notifying us that you may or will be late for your treatment. If you are late to your appointment your treatment will be cut short of time, as this will delay our schedule and other client's of their treatment. If you are unsatisfied with our proposal, we suggest rescheduling your appointment to a more suitable timeframe.
"No Shows"
No-shows are defined as bookings that a client does not show-up to an appointment on the scheduled day; this will result in your booking being forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded. Cancelling your appointment with less than 24hr notice will result in your deposit being non-refundable; the same will apply to "no-shows."
Refunds
Should you find that the services provided were not satisfactory than you will be entitled to a 100% refund.
